Members Will and Clare Eddington from ‘Richmond Park’ have told ABC’s Tas Country Hour the confirmation of the construction of the Greater South East Irrigation Scheme will mean plans for a huge expansion of their viticulture operation can now go ahead.

‘Richmond Park’ has historically centred around sheep, but several hectares of vines were planted in recent years to diversify the farm.

As water sales re-open this week for the scheme, Will and Clare talk about what the irrigation scheme means to them, and share their plans for the future.
